Leading from the Place of Power!

One of the wisest and richest kings who ever lived said that our most important job is to guard our heart with everything we have - because the quality of our lives (and leadership) is determined by it. The battle for us as leaders is to live and lead from our heart instead of reacting out of weak, ineffective "head" responses. Right now, those close to you are desperately needing and waiting for the power of your heart to be released in their lives. . . Think of the biggest or most painful "interaction" mistakes you've regretted. Chances are, you ignored what your heart was telling you and gave in to a damaging emotional response.
