Tim grew a leading high tech company from two employees to over 450 employees, generating millions in sales and profits.
After selling the business to a Fortune 500 company, Tim created the Redmond Leadership Institute to train leaders in business, church, education and government to impart his productive insights he has gained from successfully running and consulting a number of businesses and ministries. Individuals have paid up to $50,000 for a 5-day business growth intensive that Tim conducted. He also works with pastors and churches to attract and develop business leaders to effectively reach their communities and massively fund the vision of their local church.
Based on the powerful results he achieves, Tim has become a popular business and conference speaker internationally. Tim and the Leadership Institute frequently work in developing countries to reach, restore and release leaders to tap the unlimited potential in their organizations, communities and countries. He travels in excess of 120,000 miles addressing in excess of 50,000 leaders all over the world each year. He has also worked with Dr. John Maxwell and the Equip team to train hundreds of leaders in Bogota, Colombia.
Tim graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree (with Honors) in Accounting and earned his Certified Public Accounting (CPA) status. He also graduated from Bible school. He worked at PriceWaterhouseCoopers for a number of years before joining Tax and Accounting Software Corporation (TAASC) and Intuit, where he has served for over 15 years.
