Bringing Lasting Transformation to Individuals and Organizations Through Cutting-Edge Training and Technologies

Reaching, Restoring, Developing, and Releasing Leaders

The Way of the Warriors made of a group of young men (my 2 oldest boys, Matthew and Robert and their friends) who are being trained in leadership and character development.  The pictures and captions below tell some of the story . . .
Here's the Warrior group at the TU game.  What a blast!  Special thanks to Joe
Birney (and Quick Trip) for providing the tickets and photo.
Men at any age will gather around food. Before they eat, they gather at the trampoline to swap stories.
They work up an appetite by working up a sweat playing various games. Chow time.  Fine time for fellowship as they shovel food into their mouths (even while talking).
After chow and more play, we gather to teach "Strong Warrior vs Weak Warrior" mindsets and behaviors from the Bible. We're after heart development - changed beliefs = changed behavior.  We create an interactive discussion to involve all.  We accentuate the principles with stories and video clips.
Some meeting times are in the pool (at Grandpa Harrison's house) - they play hard. Josh is quite content before the meeting starts.  We just celebrated Matthew's 14th b/d.
Since we're already in the pool, we begin the teaching portion of the Way of the Warrior meeting. Tim challenges the young men to give their healing strength to weak situations.
